This Privacy Policy describes how  Zavin Enterprise SL ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Simplenomica mobile application (the "App") on Android and iOS.
 

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
 

1. Information We Collect
 

1.1 Information you provide to us

• Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo. You may sign in using email, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple, in which case we receive the basic profile information those providers share with us (such as your name and email; Apple may provide a private relay email).
• Profile details. Optional information you choose to add, such as your country, state/city, and profile picture.
• User content. Photos, images, and documents you upload from your camera, photo library, or device storage (for example, when setting a profile picture or attaching files).
• Communications. Information you provide when you contact us for support or feedback.
   

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Device and technical information. Device model, operating system version, app version, language, unique device identifiers, and similar diagnostic data.
• Push notification token. A device token used to deliver push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Usage and crash data. Basic information about how you interact with the App and crash/diagnostic logs to help us improve stability and performance.
• Advertising identifiers. Identifiers and related data used to serve and measure advertisements (see Section 4).
   

1.3 Purchase information

• When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. We receive confirmation of the purchase and a transaction/receipt identifier used to validate and deliver your purchase.
   

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and content;
• Deliver push notifications you have enabled;
• Process and validate in-app purchases;
• Display advertising (where applicable) and measure its performance;
• Respond to your support requests;
• Monitor and analyze usage, diagnose crashes, and improve security and reliability;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

The App may display advertisements served through Google AdMob. Ad providers may use device and advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. On iOS, we request your permission before tracking you across apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising
   

5. Permissions We Request

The App may request the following device permissions; you can grant or deny them, though some features may not work without them:

• Camera — to take photos for uploads or your profile.
• Photos / Media / Storage — to select and upload images and documents.
• Notifications — to send you push notifications.
• Internet / Network access — required for the App to function.
   

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With the third-party service providers listed above, to operate the App;
• With app stores to process purchases;
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
• In connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition), subject to this Policy.
   

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.
 

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
 

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
 

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can:

• Update your profile information within the App;
• Disable notifications in your device settings;
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to such transfers in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
 

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
