On the login screen, tap Forgot password and enter the email
linked to your account. We'll email you a secure link to set a new password.
If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
To view, change or cancel a plan, open your store account's
Subscriptions settings on your device. Cancelling stops future
renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
I was charged but didn't get my subscription. What do I do?
First try Restore Purchases from the app's subscription screen.
If your access still isn't active, email us at
support@simplenomica.com with the
date of purchase and the store receipt, and we'll sort it out.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can permanently delete your account from the
account deletion page. We'll email a
verification code to confirm it's you, then remove your profile and associated
data (except records we're legally required to keep).

Privacy Policy. Your use of the app is
also governed by our Terms & Conditions.
